A message from The Nicobar Group principals

We believe in competence, consistency, and results. We founded Nicobar in 2004 to provide a reliable source of strategic and technical services in China, a gap we identified that persists in the present day. Delivering results in the Nuclear industry in China is not for the faint of heart. We are proud of our team’s unwavering commitment to excellence and the praise we have garnered from our clients over the years.

Our unique team of project managers, engineers, and business analysts serves as your professional and experienced China VP to drive projects relentlessly from strategy to implementation. We thrive on the “thank you” notes we regularly receive for solving complex problems. We strive daily to identify and mitigate risks throughout the course of our relationships.

Through lessons hard-earned in the factories and boardrooms of China, we are ready, willing and able to enhance China operations for US nuclear companies. We have recently standardized our product offerings and hope that one of them will suit your needs exactly. If not, please contact us directly and we can design a bespoke engagement.

It is our honor to serve the North American nuclear industry as a reliable, trusted, professional partner in China. We stand by ready to lead you to success in the Chinese nuclear renaissance of the 21st century.

Sincerely,

Barrett Comiskey, Andy Mulkerin, & Jojo Tsai
